Summary0000128: "Stop database" button does not check if the database is already stopped or not
DescriptionUnlike the "Start database" button, "Stop database" button doesn't check if the instance is already stopped or not before stopping it.
When starting an already started instance, the error "Database is already running (rc=886)." is printed, and that is not happening in the case of "Stop database".
Steps To Reproduce1- Click on the "Database" tab at the very top of MOC.
2- Choose a database instance from the already registered ones.
3- Click on the "Operations" tab.
4- If the instance is already started, click on the "Start database" button then the "already running" error will be printed.
5- Stop the database instance.
6- Stop it again with the button "Stop database" (No errors will be printed).
