Summary0000159: Add backup type "stored_routines" to backup stored routines only
DescriptionSometimes, it is required to backup only stored procedures and functions (stored routines) without the need to backup either databases creations or data.
This could be achieved by the following mysqldump command:
mysqldump -u root -p --routines --no-data --no-create-info > stored_routines_definition.sql

Note:
This backup type (stored_routines) should be allowed only when the mode is "logical" as physical backup tools - xtrabackup and enterprise backup - are NOT capable to have such backup.

mysqldump --user=root --all-databases --routines --no-create-info --no-data --skip-triggers --skip-events
    doStoredProgramsBackup($aTarget, $aOptions, &$aBackupInformation)
    doStoredRoutinesBackup($aTarget, $aOptions, &$aBackupInformation)
